I've been reading up my old comics and suddenly realize a few differences between the 2 major comic rivals.
- Places in DC are all fiction. We have Metropolis (Superman) and Gotham City (Batman). Marvel Comics take place in real cities, New York (Spiderman & Daredevil).
- Superheros in DC have a tendancy to wear their underwear outside. Marvel comics don't but judging from their costumes, they were G-Strings.
- The public adore the superheros in DC but in Marvel Comics, they are always feared and in most cases, hated. Classis example? Spiderman and the X-Men. But we do have Captain America who was always loved. Maybe because he wears his underwear on the outside.
